Connection to services

Process by which a new connection of potable water supply service is requested to OSE. Outside of Montevideo, OSE is also responsible for the Wastewater Collection system, so if the location for the new water supply service request also needs to connect to the wastewater collection system, then a New wastewater collection serviceprocedure must be carried out as well. Where there is no Wastewater collection system it is not necessary to request an extension of said system.

Process to request an increase in diameter of the water inlet pipe of an establishment in order to increase the water flow.

Process through which the electricity connection is requested. This may occur through a new Electricity service contract, as well as through the reinstatement of an electricity service that has been cancelled and in existence for less than 24 months.

The process through which an increase or decrease of the output capacity of the electricity service is requested.
